We operate with strict seating times to prevent excessive late arrivals interrupting the show. Once the show has begun, doors will close, we do not allow entry into the venue. There is no refunds under any circumstances. Please arrive early to accommodate for traffic, finding parking, lines, and concession wait. Don't say we didn't warn you!
